Students in this course will be working in the Fitness Center on Tuesday/Thursdays and creating a workout plan using the FITT Principle as a guide. Monday/Wednesday/Friday’s will be teacher led and the focus will be improving overall fitness by introducing fitness activities that target the 9 areas of fitness: strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility, local muscle endurance, cardio endurance, strength endurance, and coordination.
