Annual Notice of Title I Teacher Qualifications
The Mount Horeb Area School District receives federal Title I Program funding. Districts receiving federal Title I funds must provide notice to parents that they may request information regarding the district’s Title I parent involvement policy as well as the professional qualifications of the student’s classroom teachers, including:

Whether teachers have met state licensing criteria for the grade level(s) and subject area(s) taught.

Whether the teacher is teaching under emergency or provisional status through which state licensing criteria have been waived.

The undergraduate degree major of the teacher, and any graduate certification or degree held by the teacher, including the field of discipline of the certification or degree.

If the child is provided services by paraprofessionals, their qualifications.
