Public School Open Enrollment allows parents to apply for their children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they reside. The regular open enrollment application period for the 2025-2026 school year is February 3 – April 30, 2025. Information regarding open enrollment, including the online application and other forms, can be found on the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) website at DPI Open Enrollment Link. This process must be completed online.
The Open Enrollment application process is an option, however, not a guarantee for placement due to limited spaces.
In accordance with this document the Board of Education approved 96 regular education open enrollment seats and 0 seats in the cross categorical special education program for the 2024-2026 school year, based on the criteria outlined in the board's open enrollment policy #425.
The district will review every IEP for space determinations, specifically using the teacher-to-student ratio.
At the current time, there are limited spaces available per grade and in staff capacity limits.
At the current time, there are also no available spaces for related services or in out speech/language program.
