Welcome to MH4K 2025-2026
**If you are new to the area and looking to enroll your child in 4K for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, please click the "How to Enroll" button in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This will walk you through the initial enrollment process. There will be additional forms that will also be needed, which will be emailed to you by the MH4K Coordinator, Nicole Tepe. She will also contact you with regards to site placement and AM vs. PM session preferences. Feel free to call her at 608.437.7692 or email her with any questions. Please note that if you need transportation provided for you child, it will take 3-4 business days to get the student placed on a route. Please plan accordingly. An adult must be present for the driver to release the 4K student.**
The 2025-2026 school year will be here before we know it! All enrollments will be submitted electronically through the Mount Horeb Area School District website, beginning January 2nd. To have site preferences considered, enrollments must be received by March 3rd, 2025.

For families new to the district, go to www.mounthorebschools.org and click the “How to Enroll” button in the upper right hand of the page, and follow the steps. Select 4K Registration year 25/26.
For families with other children currently enrolled in the district, you must enter through your parent portal to complete the enrollment. If you forgot your login credentials, contact Sierra Bucher. Once you log in, click on the three lines in the upper left corner, then More, then Registration link. Select Registration year, 25/26 and Begin. All of your current information should be pulled into the application for you to check over. You will need to verify some of the data entered. Please use the Next buttons to navigate through the pleats, then the Save/Continue button at the bottom to move through all of the sections. If your 4K eligible student is already listed as a household member, click the box “enroll this student” in the households section. If your incoming 4K student is not yet listed in Infinite Campus, then go to the student page to add your 4K student.
Enrollments must be completed by March 3rd to have your site preferences considered. Please make sure to enter your top four site preferences. While we strive to accommodate requests, we do not guarantee families will get their top preference. MHASD will make final placement decisions. Site assignments will be based primarily on previous program enrollment at a site and need for wrap-around services. Other factors that are taken into consideration include (but are not limited to) place of residence, special programming needs, transportation, available openings at the site requested, and site occupancy minimums.
You will have the opportunity to upload your child’s birth certificate and proof of residency. This information is required prior to the start of the school year. Please make every attempt to upload it or scan it in and email it to Sierra Bucher. They can be shown in person at the district office to Sierra Bucher or the Early Learning Center office to Colleen Kittleson.
Please note that if your child’s name is highlighted in red and you are not able to submit the application, it means you have not completed at least one required element of the enrollment. You must scroll back through the pleats; missing information will be highlighted in red. You must successfully submit your application for the enrollment to be accepted by the district.
