Project Happiness is a group of students who want to bring more happiness into their lives and into the lives of others! This group is part of a worldwide movement that is focused on bringing our students a comprehensive foundation for building emotional resilience, self-awareness and to activate the happiness within. All Students are welcome to join!
Meeting Days/Times:
- Meet once a week during lunch to learn techniques from the Project Happiness handbook
- Students learn about the mental wellness techniques from our student leaders and work on the prompt in their personal journals
- Students also meet on the first Thursday of the month after school to bring more happiness into the community through small community service projects
