Mentor & Buddy Program
The Mount Horeb Area School District will provide orientation, support, and a qualified staff member for each professional staff member new to the district. The District utilizes in-house mentors that have participated in training from the New Teacher Center either through the Dane County New Teacher Project or CESA 2 New Teacher Project.
