Educator Effectiveness in Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is a performance-based continuous improvement system designed to improve the education of all students in the state of Wisconsin by supporting guided, individualized, self-determined professional growth and development of educators.  

EE Model - Danielson's Framework for Teaching

Mount Horeb Area School District utilizes Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching.  This model measures four key areas:  Planning and Preparation, Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities.  To learn more about the Danielson model, please refer to the Framework for Teaching Smart Card and/or the Framework for Teaching Evaluation Instrument
