Facilities Use Request

Community members and organizations may request to use Mount Horeb Area School District facilities. Please follow the appropriate process based on the type of facility you'd like to use.

Reserve the Auditorium

Steps:

  1. Complete the Fine Arts Facility Reservation Form.

  2. A staff member will review your request and follow up with confirmation.

  3. For details about fees, policies, and space features, visit the MHASD Auditorium Website.

*Auditorium use follows a separate process and does not require becoming a District requestor or using the general Facilities Scheduler.

Reserve All Other Facilities

This includes gymnasiums, classrooms, and more.

Steps:

  1. If this is your first time requesting a facility, you must register as a requester. Approval is required before submitting any facility request.
  2. Submit a facility request at least one week in advance of your proposed request.
